As we begin to recognize these acts of kindness, our minds open, fostering a sense of connection with others and helping to dissolve loneliness. In this talk, Gen Gomlam guides us on how to reflect on the kindness we’ve received, allowing us to realize that we are not isolated individuals, but deeply interconnected with those around us.
