From a Buddhist perspective, the first step toward true resilience is accepting that hardship, stress, and change are a natural part of being human. Rather than fighting reality or clinging to the idea of “getting back to normal,” resilience invites us to meet life as it is — knowing that we will be changed by our experiences, and that’s okay.
